Plans and limits

Compare Core, Pro, and Enterprise, understand trials, and see which client-account and blueprint limits apply.

GridLane is billed through the HighLevel Marketplace. Every new agency starts with a 30-day trial; there is no permanent free plan. Annual billing includes two months free.

Managed client accounts

A managed client account is a HighLevel location that GridLane is actively managing through blueprints, rollouts, or drift checks. Your plan limit applies to those managed accounts.

You can still view the authorized account directory within the limit of the data GridLane is allowed to access. Adding more managed accounts than your plan allows requires an upgrade.

Blueprints

  • Core: one blueprint.
  • Pro: ten blueprints.
  • Enterprise: unlimited blueprints.

Each blueprint version is stored separately. Recapturing a blueprint creates a new version; it does not silently overwrite the previous version.

Rollouts

Core can deploy to one target per rollout. Pro and Enterprise support multi-location rollouts, subject to the plan’s target limit. Each location is processed as a separate queue item, so one failure does not prevent the others from reporting their own result.

Changes and billing

Plan changes are handled through the HighLevel Marketplace. After changing a plan, open the Agency console → Settings and choose Refresh plan if new limits or features do not appear immediately.

The 30-day trial begins through the Marketplace. Unless you cancel before it ends, the paid plan you selected begins automatically. See the current pricing page and the Marketplace for the authoritative price and billing terms.

What counts as a blueprint action

A blueprint can create missing objects, sections, fields, associations, views, and permission rules. Deployments are add-only:

  • Existing configuration is not deleted.
  • Existing object and field definitions are not overwritten; differences appear as drift or blocked.
  • Blueprint-managed views and permissions can be updated.
  • A single queued rollout location is capped at 120 create actions.

If you need a larger first-time setup, split it into smaller blueprint stages or use a HighLevel Snapshot for the initial build.

Upgrades and limits

If you reach a plan limit, GridLane shows the relevant upgrade path. Upgrade through the Marketplace and refresh the plan from Settings. If the new limits still do not appear, contact support@getgridlane.com.
